Chicken stuffed avocados

Ingredients:

 


Avocados, precooked chicken


Salt
Olive oil
Chopped tomatoes
Onions sliced finely


Preparation


Peel off the skin of avocados, make sure it is clean and properly washed.
Take a pan heat it for a while, pour the precooked chicken, tomatoes, oil and add salt according to the taste. 
Fry it properly for 2-5 minutes.
Scoop out the chicken stuffing and pour it in to the avocados and you are ready with your dish for a perfect and healthy meal for the day.


Humus of avocado


Ingredients:


Avocados finely ripe
Chickpeas
Salt
Lime juice
Olive oil
1 tablespoon of cumin seeds
Red pepper flakes


Preparation:


Peel off the skin of avocados and make sure it is clean and properly washed.
Gather the chickpeas, sliced avocados, pour some lime juice, add cumin seed into the bowl, blend until the texture gets smooth as a humus.
Pour salt according to the taste and garnish the humus with red pepper flakes and you are good to go.


Avocado chips 


Ingredients:


Avocados
Salt
Olive oil
Baking sheet
Black pepper
Lemon juice


Preparation:


Finely clean the avocados, peel off the skin, slice it into small pieces.
Add some oil so that the texture will remain smooth.
Add salt according to the taste.
Beat the avocado until its smooth after adding black pepper and lemon juice, to have a tangy taste for the chips.
Prepare the baking sheet and set the batter into the sheet with a thin texture.
Bake the avocado batter in the oven which should be pre heated at 325 degrees.
And your chips are ready to eat with any sauce.


Avocados with whole egg stuffed.


Ingredients:


Avocados
Salt
Olive oil
Eggs according the portions
Pepper
Onions finely sliced

Preparation:


Finely clean the avocados peel off the skin, slice it into two halves by hollowing the avocados pieces.
Pour the whole or only the egg whites into a nonstick pan and cook the egg until it gets the fluid texture (don’t prepare an omelette), garnish it with pepper and onions, transfer it into the avocado hole.
And there you are ready with a whole snack.

Preparation:

Add chopped tomatoes, onions and fry for a few minutes until it's cooked in the olive oil.
